Policies So before we can get out there and start playing, we need to make sure your dog is a good match with us and us with her/him. All SGD dogs will need to pass a social evaluation, during our meet and greet session, have a current Seattle dog license and wear ID tags. We do not accept dogs that are aggressive towards people or other dogs and must respond well to basic commands. All dogs over 6 months of age must be spayed or neutered and puppies must be at least 4 months old and be vaccinated appropriately. More comprehensive information about our policies will be provided during our meet & greet session. Some basic guidelines are outlined here for your perusal. For new clients, it is best to contact us one week prior to when you would like service(s) to begin. This is to allow time for us to meet with you and your pet(s) and to process all paperwork. The sign up process: 1. QUICK QUESTIONNAIRE/SIGN UP FORM Fill out the Seattle Green Dogs questionnaire & sign up form. This will help us start to get to know your dog and get the ball rolling. |

2. CLEAN BILL OF HEALTH & VETERINARIAN RELEASE We will need a current vaccine certificate from your veterinarian that your dog is healthy and up to date on the following vaccinations: DHLPP (Distemper), Bordatella and Rabies. We will also need you to read and sign our veterinarian release form to allow us to take your pet to the vet in the case of an emergency. Click Here For Veterinarian Release Form. 3. MEET & GREET Schedule a meet and greet session with us in your home to interact with you and your pet, discuss service and to answer any questions you have. This should take about 30 minutes and includes getting to know your pet, finding out his/her favorite activities, toys and any special needs or information to help us make his/her time with us the most fulfilling and fun as it can be. |
